Questions and answers
Do I need to document or prove anything?
No. We don't ask for photos, receipts or explanations. You use the form to claim the guarantee – we take care of the rest.
How long do I have to make a claim?
You have 30 days of use and then another 30 days to activate the guarantee – 60 days in total from first use.
Does the guarantee apply to sets and bundles?
Yes, partially. If you bought a set, we refund the amount corresponding to the product covered by the guarantee. Other products in the set are not covered.
What if I have used the product for less than 30 days?
The guarantee requires 30 days of consistent use. If you have used the product for a shorter time, you can't activate the guarantee yet.
What if I bought 2?
The Skin Improvement Guarantee applies to one product per customer. It is designed so you can safely try the product for 30 days and find out whether it suits your skin. If you bought 2 and the product doesn't work for you, we therefore refund one product through the guarantee. You can return the other one if it is unused and meets our standard return policy – or pass it on to someone who might benefit from it.
