About the product
The ZZ Cream is a fantastic sulfur-zinc-based ointment, particularly suitable for skin conditions that cause redness and inflammation, including rosacea and perioral dermatitis, as well as various types of acne, folliculitis, and sebaceous gland inflammation. The cream helps red, often warm or burning skin to regain balance and return to a healthy, soft, and above all, soothed state.
Ingredients such as zinc oxide and processed sulfur are known for their anti-inflammatory properties, which help reduce redness and irritation in the skin, while the product’s exfoliating qualities remove dead skin cells and clear pores of dirt and excess sebum. Additionally, the cream combats demodex mites, which are primarily active in the evening and nighttime hours.
For best results, the cream should therefore be applied in the evening and left on the skin overnight.
NOTE! It is recommended to use the product continuously for at least 2 weeks, although many experience results sooner. It may occur that the skin’s condition temporarily worsens before improvement begins. This is completely normal and is known as a cleansing phase. Therefore, it is very important to be patient!

Frequently Asked Questions
ZZ-Creme vs CØLM. What is the difference?
Both creams share the same active ingredients — zinc oxide and sulfur — and are designed for the same purpose: to reduce redness and irritation in sensitive and reactive skin.
The difference lies in two things:
Milder formula. CØLM contains less menthol, making it better suited for very sensitive skin or for those who have previously experienced irritation from ZZ-Creme.
More content. CØLM comes in 30 ml compared to ZZ-Creme’s 20 ml.
If you are already using ZZ-Creme without issues, there is no need to switch. If you are new, have very reactive skin, or have had difficulties with ZZ-Creme, CØLM is the natural choice.
